I offer in-person sessions in Walthamstow, North East London, as well as online counselling, using Zoom for sessions. ​

The relationship between a counsellor and client is the key to successful therapy. I offer a free 20-minute phone call to help you see if you’d like to work with me. 

If we decide to work together, we would usually arrange to meet weekly at a regular time for a 50-minute session. I offer short and long-term counselling.

We may decide to start with a fixed number of sessions, and then review how it’s going.
